The Government of the Rwanda is awarding to Developing Countries 13 scholarships to study in Rwanda, for the academic year 2012/2013.

The scholarships will provide candidates with a Masters of Communication Management (MCM).

Criteria

• Applicants must write a cover letter indicating that they want to be considered for
one of the free MCM scholarships offered by the Government of Rwanda.

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in ICT related courses such as computer science/engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, electronics and telecommunications engineering or electromechanical engineering, plus at least two years working experience in ICT and/or telecommunications industry.
