The National Human Resources Development Council (NHRDC) which has the mandate for developing human resources in Seychelles is conducting a survey on Skilled Migration or Brain Drain. The objective of the survey is to identify the reasons behind skilled migration or brain drain among university trained graduates.

Please find below the link to two questionnaire containing simple open-ended and closed-ended questions with the aim of providing NHRDC much needed information and also help us in proposing solutions intending to reverse brain drain. All the information given in the questionnaire will be held in the strictest confidence and no information which enables identification of any individual will be published or disclosed.

The Skilled Migration Questionnaire for Seychellois in the Country targets Seychellois professional with a minimum Bachelor’s Degree level of education that are employed in the different sectors of the economy in Seychelles.

The Skilled Migration Questionnaire for Seychellois Overseas targets Seychellois professionals with a minimum Bachelor’s Degree level of education that are living abroad.
